Furthermore, given the free nature of the services, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Le Bon Bac Inc., as well as its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents, shall in no event be held liable for any damage, loss, or claim of any kind—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive—arising from or related to the reuse services or any other related services provided by Le Bon Bac Inc.
